We are a small firm whose founding members were trained for nearly two decades in big law firms.  We now provide legal services, we hope, with the quality of a large firm but with a personal approach of a small firm.  Our founding members now have more than thirty years of experience each and between them have participated in nearly every kind of commercial transaction, from the purchase and sale of small and large businesses, from planning large and small estates, and from class and multi-distirct litigation to personal disputes.
